The day's route, in the crew's hand
Each crew sees the day's route in the app rather than on a sheet of paper that gets wet. The office can see progress through the route without ringing the foreman.
A before and after at every stop
ProTechCam captures before & after photos with a GPS time stamp — the date, the time and the location. On a maintenance route that's the end of the "you skipped my property" phone call, and on a bigger install it's the record of what the yard looked like when you started.
Hours, per property
Crews clock in and out per job, so the time spent at each property is recorded rather than estimated at the end of the week. That's the number that tells you which accounts are actually worth keeping.
What the crew needs to know about the property
Voice-to-text notes at the property — the gate code area, the dog, the sprinkler head somebody clipped — build up at the address so the next crew arrives knowing what the last one learned.
Estimates and getting paid
Office Pro turns work into an estimate, sends it for the customer's signature, converts an approved estimate into a work order, and invoices it. Customers can pay by card through Stripe, and the money goes straight to your own bank account with nothing taken out by ProTechCam.
What ProTechCam isn't

Common questions
Can we prove we were at a property on a given day?
Yes — photos carry a GPS time stamp with the date, time and location, and clock in and out times are recorded per job.
Does it handle recurring visits to the same properties?
Job history builds up against the customer's address, so each visit adds to the record at that property.
What does it cost for a five-man crew?
$70 a month at $14 each, with no seat minimum and a free 14-day trial.
Do the crew need their own logins?
Each person on the app is a seat at $14. Office staff are separate, on the Office Pro plan.
