Common questions

How do I start or cancel my subscription?

ProTechCam has a free trial, then a per‑user monthly plan. Billing is managed on the web. Sign in at the web dashboard and use the Billing button to start, update, or cancel your subscription at any time. You can also tap Manage subscription in the app.

How do I delete my account or my data?

You can delete your account and its data at any time from inside the app: open the menu and tap Delete Account. If you're a company owner, this removes the company and all of its records; if you're a technician, it removes your login. You can also email us at askprotechcam@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.

I can't log in / I forgot my password.

On the sign‑in screen (app or web), choose Forgot password to get a reset link by email. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check spam, then email us.

How do my technicians join my company?

From the Team area, invite a technician. They install ProTechCam, choose I have an invite, and enter the invite — their jobs then sync to your dashboard automatically.
